Anyone else prefer older films sometimes? They just hit different.
Sometimes I get the feeling that films from past decades — roughly from the 70s to the early 2000s — have a noticeably different tone compared to what’s produced today. It’s not always easy to explain, but there seems to be a stronger emphasis on authenticity or emotional expression. I’m curious if others notice the same thing or if it’s just nostalgia. You're absolutely right, there were definitely different styles back then! Some of these older productions really capture the mood and the plot. Maybe that's why I like to find new places sometimes. I find that there's a certain sincerity in these videos that's not as common in today's fast-paced productions. I also love the actresses who were famous at the time.
