For the past few months, I feel that I cannot gather at all. Constant stress, a bunch of things I don't have time to finish, and the feeling that I'm just “burning out”. I used to try to help myself with meditation or walks, but now it doesn't work anymore. There is complete confusion in my head, I don't want to do anything, and any little thing throws you out of balance.
